Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne
Spent the evening walking around Quayside by the River Tyne in Newcastle. The main feature of Quayside is the Gateshead Millennium Bridge, which tilts to allow boats to go under. I’ve left some images higher resolution to take in the full detail of the scenes.

What’s after that? ๐
I have from 3rd to 12th November off work, so expect more travel pics around then. Possibly Scotland again or more from Lake District.

Yet again great pics. Like i said before you have seen more of England in nearly 4 months than i did in my 27 years there. Try and get down to Devon and Cornwall. Quite a few castles and Stonehenge and mining area’s that way………… Keep up the fantastic work

Planning stonehenge soon, maybe early December.
Devon and Cornwall? Really need clear blue skies and polarising filter from what I’ve seen online.
Julia, pics won’t be up THAT quick – maybe the 4th ๐
I would like to get to Isle of Skye, GlenCoe, Loch NESS!
If not now, will be mid December, but hope there’s not much snow, as it makes driving too slow

Are you going to hang around till you get a photo of the Loch Ness monster? ๐ You’d be a millionare!

Already got a few monster photos – so scary, I couldn’t share them.
Only a millionaire? Not worth it… The average house where I’m staying costs well over NZ$1mil!

[…] Following Jon & Tracy’s wedding at Langshott Manor, we drove to Newcastle to spend a night with another good friend, and press photographer, Adam Gray. We had the intention of shooting Quayside at the River Tyne, however we crashed after a long drive through snowy conditions. Older photos of Newcastle can be viewed here: http://warrenwilliams.co.nz/blog/?p=114 […]
