On my last chance to visit a local West coast beach, decided to head out to Karekare, as I had yet to visit this summer. Took along my youngest sister Candace, before jetting off to Australia and London.

Organised a mini get together/farewell shoot of Auckland Harbour with some close friends, as decided to head back to London via Australia. Thanks guys for coming out, and the awesome dinner at Ruan Thai – Mission Bay.

Finally a couple of days later, climbed Rangitoto and shot this on the ferry on the way back of the NZ America’s Cup yachts: NZL40 and NZL41
Managed to go beach hopping again, with my photography friend Phillip. Ventured into the stunning Whatipu Caves on the Northern end of beach, before heading to Bethells and O’Neills for sunset.

After some great fish and chips in Kaiaia – Firth of Thames, flew back north over Hunua Ranges
After Ron & Kim’s recent wedding, which unfortunately was rather wet, I offered to shoot some casual portraits at their favourite west coast beach, Bethells.
Rotorua is a popular spot for it’s geothermal activity, with plenty of mud pools, geysers and pungent sulphur smells throughout the air.

Had the great pleasure of shooting the wedding of Matt & Lisa at the Northridge Country Lodge, Silverdale. Lisa’s been one of my closest friends for many years, so was a great priveledge to assist her on their beautiful day.
Johnny & Kirsty were wed at the stunning Kelliher Estate, on Puketutu Island. Featuring a Spanish villa, set amongst bush and landscaped gardens.
