Loch Ness, Scotland

Posted in General, Landscape, Travel at 11:00 pm by Warren Williams

In search of the fabled Loch Ness Monster, the weather was closing in fast. Seeing the sun disappearing behind the dark clouds, took some photos from Dores on the Eastern coast of the great lake.

After spending the late afternoon in Inverness, drove around back down the Western side of Loch Ness heading towards Isle of Skye. Half way along the lake, Urqhart Castle stands out, flood lit across the view of the lake.

Yet again great photos. You always seem to be in the right place at the right time.
Got your postcard the other day.
    Take care

Thanks, glad you got the card. Only the right time, as I did 2000 miles and see a LOT of areas, but only a little is worth sharing with the available light 😉

    Cheers Will 🙂
Be good to catch up early next year, if you’re around Auckland again – or pass on a cheap flight through your work 😉
